I think they can be a little bit nicer to thire stuff and can do a little bit better working with thire stuff. But everything else it is a good place .
Very clean.....big rooms, beautiful building with awesome people working there to make your loved ones feel at home.
Absolutely beautiful facility. Great staff & residents. Perfect surroundings for a great Assisted living. One of the best I've ever been in. Definitely recommend for everyone's loved ones or to work at. Very clean & well taken care of inside & out. Love the playset & garden for families when they visit loves ones. 😊
Lori is horrible to staff , toxic work place , very "clicky" I got cornered in the med room by 4 workes(and I am the one who got the write up) very unhealthy workplace. Was made to lie to Lakeland about residents cares so Lori could get more money , told to lie to residents, I found medication just sitting in residents rooms from the night before that obviously we're not properly administered and told to " just destroy them" instead of doing proper prodical and giving them a write up and sending into state for a medication error. Constant raises in rent for self pay residents and lied to on why and where the money was going .I could go on forever ... This is all in my opinion !
Very warm and welcoming, knowledgable , caring staff! Awesome food, clean and well kept, facility has a beautician, a housekeeper, activities leader, and cook ! Not all places have most of these areas covered. Smiles and laughter and great interactions with residents throughout! Very home like atmosphere! Caring leadership! Can not say enough good , staff is also very , very caring and compassionate, awesome team!
